Your company already has (or will have) a public profile here, built from public evidence. Claiming it lets you respond to reviews and correct facts. It costs nothing, and it buys you nothing else.
What claiming gives you
- Respond to reader reviews, with your response labelled and dated.
- Flag factual errors for correction, with a source.
- Confirm your company’s basic facts (name, website, headquarters).
What claiming never gives you
- A better score, verdict, or ranking — those come only from evidence.
- Removal or editing of a reader review.
- Suppression of a legit check. Verdicts change when evidence changes, never on request.
How the Verified program opens
Paid business tools (a Verified badge, review-response workflow, and lead notifications) open per company only when that company’s profile reaches either trigger: 1,000 profile visits or 10 leads sent. We open them where reader demand already exists, not before. Until a profile hits a trigger, claiming is the whole program — and it is free.
